Dr. Daniel Kelly graduated from Michigan State University in 1989. After a short stint in Colebrook, New Hampshire, he and his wife opened Stonecliff Animal Clinic in Bradford, Vermont. Big or small he has taken care of them all. Dan has spent many years and hours of continuing education to follow his interests in orthopedics. In the spring of 1999 he received his license to perform a very unique procedure calledTibial Plateau Leveling Osteotomy (TPLO). For many years Dr. Kelly was the only surgeon in Vermont to perform this procedure. In the summer of 2000 Dan attended Ohio State University and was trained to perform total hip replacement surgery.
With a keen love of surgery, and a special interest in canine sports medicine, Dan spends many hours repairing broken bones and ligaments. Away from the clinic he is kept busy with his four very active children, a major farm renovation, and lots of horses, ducks, turkeys, dogs and cats.
